Wedding Information

& Prices

Deciding on the right photographer for your wedding is one of the most important decisions you'll have to make when preparing for your big day. The images captured from your wedding day will be looked at for years to come and shared with family and friends. You need to ensure that you find a photographer that best suits your needs and captures your treasured memories perfectly.

Before booking, you will be given a full price list, showing all of my packages. There are no hidden costs and if you're looking for something different, bespoke packages can also be discussed at our first meeting at a time convenient to you.

Each package I offer is dependent on how much of the day you want to be captured, from bridal preparations to the evening celebrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I get my photos?
I deliver your wedding photos to you on a USB stick as well as having the full gallery online to view. If you choose the printed options, you will receive 12 x 8 mounted prints in a beautiful presentation box. The over size of the prints and the mounts are 14 x 11 in size overall. These mounted prints can be left in the presentation box or removed and displayed around the home in a 14 x 11 frame.

How long until my wedding photos will be ready?
Your photos will be ready within 3 - 4 weeks after your wedding day, but often its much sooner - approximately 1-2 weeks. During the busy times of the year, it may be towards the upper end of my estimation but generally I like to edit them as soon after the wedding as possible.

Do you do night time shots?
These are one of my favourite images of a wedding day. If you wanted these particular images then you need to either choose the gold or diamond packages, as these are include my time up until the evening.

Do you do sparkler and smoke bomb shots?

Yes I do these however, with sparkler shots I do advise that you choose people to hold the sparklers that will do so with care.  You will also need to speak to the venue to discuss this and check that they are happy for sparklers or smoke bombs. They may ask you to provide a bucket with sand for the sparklers after use (sparklers and smoke bombs can be eroded at an extra cost).

What can I do with my wedding photos once you have delivered them to me?
I will remain the owner of all of my photos at all times. I give you a licence to print and share the photos with family and friends as many times as you like. This is to prevent my work being used without my permission.

How long is the All Day coverage?
I like to turn up to the venue first thing in the morning for all day coverage. this way I can be there to take the detail shots and also capture the special moments of the day. This may be a loved one taking a first glance of the bride or groom in their outfit or a teary, heartfelt moment before you've left the house! Then I head to the venue ready to capture candid shots of your guests and loved ones before the ceremony begins. I normally leave for the day after the night shots. In sinter this will be around 8pm in the summer it will be later depending on sunset.

Can I upgrade to the memory box after the wedding?

Absolutely, If you decide that you would like me to print of your images after then I can definitely do this. Printing images is so important, otherwise, like my wedding, they will sit on a usb for years.

Why do you say that there are an approximate amount of photos?
With any photoshoot that I do there is always an approximation of photos. the reason I say this is because every shoot is different. It will vary dependent on the number of guests and also what the couple want for their day. Some people choose not to capture the bridal preparations or they may have fewer guests to the wedding. I have taken photographs from 12 people at a wedding up to 127 people just for the day. There are always variations in every wedding.

What deposit do you ask for?
To secure your booking, I ask for a 20% deposit of the package price to secure the date, then 1/2 weeks before the session I require the remainder of the balance.

Will we have many meetings before the day?
Yes I offer a pre-wedding meeting where I show you all of my work and we can discuss package options. You do not need to pay a deposit before these meetings. In fact I actively encourage you to have a meeting and discuss everything  before you book me as choosing the right photographer for you is so important. You only get one opportunity to capture this day.
